All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of our product, services, and company purchasing approach.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We reserve the right to review all requests and deny returns on repeated requests or suspicious activity. 

We will not provide credit or refund for any books that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use. We are not liable or responsible for refunding books that are lost in transit to ¡WEPA! libros. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift items/gift cards, or individual books that are part of a set.

Exchanges

Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges on any books we ship.
